SURVEY:

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

FOR STATE AND LOCAL BUILDING OFFICIALS

Go to the survey

Dear Visitor:

Is information technology helping you and your agency provide more effective and efficient codes administration and enforcement services?  Are you interested in learning how your colleagues in other communities are using I.T.?

As a result of a national forum “Building Smarter in the Digital Age” held this summer under the sponsorship of 41 national organizations and government agencies including the International Code Council, U. S. Conference of Mayors, National Association of Counties, National Governors Association, and the National Conference of States on Building Codes and Standards, your assistance is being sought to provide basic information that can be used to both help you in your job and the nation’s construction industry to “build faster, better, safer and at less cost.”

We ask those of you who visit our website to take a few minutes to complete the following survey and submit it to us electronically or print it and fax it to NCSBCS at (703) 481-3596.

The results of this survey will be shared with each individual who completes this form, with SBCCI and ICBO, and with the members of a National Alliance on Building Regulatory Reform in the Digital Age.  The Alliance is a coalition of national organizations and government agencies following up on recommendations generated at this summer’s national forum.

Thank you for your input.
