Under this theme, the National Conference of States on Building Codes and Standards (NCSBCS) and the Association of Major City/County Building Officials (AMCBO) brought together at their joint 37th Annual Conference in Salt Lake City, a wide array of speakers from federal, state and local government and the construction and information technology industries to provide best practices and initiate discussions to help members address the significant fiscal, work load, technical, and information challenges facing them.
